Clearcover — the AI-native carrier our founders built and operated, with AI running live regulated insurance operations since 2017. Underwriting, claims, servicing, distribution, regulators, and a P&L we had to answer for.
These are Clearcover’s operating results. They are our own record, not a client’s, and not a forecast of yours. An integrator’s credential is how many carriers they’ve served. Ours is that we ran one.

Ten years, one industry.
Clearcover was founded in November 2016. AI has been running its live regulated insurance operations since 2017 — not as a pilot alongside the real system, but as the system.
That is the whole of our credential and the whole of our limit. We have never worked outside insurance and we are not going to start. An integrator’s advantage is breadth. Ours is that we have already had the arguments you are about to have — with a regulator, with an actuary, with a claims organization that did not want a new tool.
Operators. Builders. Forward deployed.
The label is not the claim. Two large consultancies launched branded forward-deployed practices in 2026, and OpenAI launched a deployment company with more than $4 billion behind it the same year. The claim is who is in the room: the person on your account is the person writing the code, and you meet them before you sign.
The same discipline applies to the word partner, which this industry has worn out. We use it, and we define it in four conditions you can check before signing anything — because a word that cannot be checked is decoration.

Our proof is as operator’s, not as vendor’s.
Every number on this site is an outcome from a carrier we ran, not a delivery number from a client engagement. We have no analyst placement and no review-site profile, and analyst relations is a 2027 project.
What we have instead is one build published in full, the operating record above, and a first week that instruments your baseline — so the number you eventually quote to your own board is yours rather than ours.
